In addition, she has been reading three leading publications on stocks and securities and going through various charts indicating the day-to-day performance of individual stocks. In one week, Miss XXX acquired a broad picture about the workflow and the pattern of operations of our company.

As she gets familiar with our company and acquires the necessary skills to predict based on fundamental analysis, she has attempted to make her own judgments via technical analysis, such as the impact of the capital on the market, the relationship between the stock trade volume and the stock prices, the formulas and applications of CR indexes. Her judgments are generally accurate and logical, each step supported by rigorous analysis that incorporates her knowledge in macroeconomics and finance. In addition, she has grasped how to apply stock and securities transaction software. She is also able to apply her knowledge about the candlestick charts, Moving Average Convergence and Divergence, and techniques of tape reading to the analysis of individual stocks.

Miss XXX has also proved herself a fast and smart learner, a crucial quality for professionals who work in the rapidly changing capital market. Being a good writer with sound logical reasoning, she has learned to write summaries and commentaries on the stock market and the performance of particular stocks. Her writings are well-structured, substantive, and lucid. Having performed such extensive analysis, she has come to have a good idea about the interrelationship among different industries and how this interrelationship affects their performance on the stock market. Finally, she has gained tentative knowledge about fund and capital management.
